In the video below, you'll meet Benjamin, a Meat Cutter Apprentice and member of UFCW 1189. Through this innovative Registered Apprenticeship Program, apprentices learn directly from expert meat cutters and their fellow union members. MTP staff provide individualized, helpful guidance for the apprentices to help ensure their long-term success in the program.
